After a many month absence from the neighborhood food repertoire, Next Door Deli opened quietly on St. Patrick's Day. The new location is across the street from Visible Voice (where the dry cleaners used to be).

And NDD picked up with the yum right where it left off. I understand the menu is significantly expanded from the old location, but in my 4 trips there, I haven't made it past the Egghead, Meatball sub (meatballs now made from scratch), or Gonzo, so I can't say what is new.

The grand opening isn't for another month, so let's keep this news of the NDD opening just between us kids, okay?
