Join Tremont's new walking club!
As a Steps to A Healthier Cleveland neighborhood, we have been given the task and have received some support to begin a walking club here in Tremont! And it starts next week. Please join us. On June 2nd (and one Monday a month throughout the summer and fall), Kate from Neigborhood Family Practice will be joining us to talk fitness and healthy eating. We have gifts from Steps to A Healthier Cleveland as well - Walk just once and receive a gift. Walk 3 times and receive another! Walking is great exercise so we hope you can join us!
